Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Northeast

I’ve been visiting Hurst Texas for work over the last few months and stayed at the Fairfield Inn every time. It’s quiet, comfortable and the price is right. All of the staff is great! William, who works at the front desk in the afternoons and evenings always greets me with a smile and hello, Willian helps me with anything I ever need and makes me feel welcome and valued.

Front desk officer William was really nice with his joyous mood and positive attitude. Check-in and checkout both were hassle free. Lady on the day of checkout was also nice. Morning buffet was as expected (minimalistic but had all that's needed for a great start of the day), buffet staff two ladies were nice, and the housekeeping ladies also were very friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and neat. Fast wifi with 2 large TVs.

I wish the bathtub was wider and shower had cold water option (even when opening slightest it gave hot water). Youtube on tv didn't work, probably because you run an ad blocker. Please check on that. Swimming pool water needs more cleaning and the indoor swimming pool would benefit from open windows for airflow during summer.

The hotel was great. Our room was excellent and the breakfast was also good. The staff were all nice and professional. I see a lot of smiles and hello.

Nice hotel. Great location. The nice lady in charge of breakfast was amazing, kind and friendly.

Impressed

I am very happy with the three days that me and my family stayed in the Hotel. It is very clean. The staff is very friendly. A big shot out to Mr. William, who did Amazing taking care of us. The parking is great. The area is great. The service is great. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.!!

We had an amazing stay over the weekend. We were in town for a 7v7 football tournament with a group of 15-17 year old boys. The staff at the hotel were beyond accommodating for our boys; keeping the pool open later so they could enjoy after playing in the heat all day, making accommodations for their breakfast and ensuring they had plenty of juice and fruit, ensuring we had what we needed to wash their uniforms at night. All of the hotel staff were nice and pleasant. They gave excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. We will definitely stay here again.

Musty smell as soon as you walked in, only 1 elevator, reserved double room queen but got a double full, pillows were old and flat, elevator floor were constantly wet

Easy check-in clean rooms. Pool was a little chilly but hot tub was nice and hot. Breakfast was sufficient.
