"Need new key system"

The room keys deactivated after every use. Had to constantly go to the front desk to activate the keys

"It was OK"

The overall hotel was good. The TV’s are approximately 19 inch. My lap top almost had a bigger screen. The showers are temp controlled which I did not like.

"IT’S Average at best"

Honestly, 3 stars is being generous for a holiday Inn Express that hits so low below so many others in this franchise. Staff was nice, the rest was almost like a rebranded nicer motel 6. TV was from the early 2000’s rooms were ok but also in desperate need of an update. I book holiday in express because they usually have a certain standard, this one sadly does not. I guess it’s ok in a pinch, but this is truly not a flagship by any means of the word for the franchise.

"Best Service Ever"

Kudos to staff member Amanda who was such a people person, calling everyone beautiful and wouldn’t that make your day already? But she kept the buffet refilled each time a new wave of people came to eat. Also kudos to Richard who brought back memories of my 6th grade teacher who was from Hungary. I was having difficulties falling asleep so I grabbed one beer and realized we didn’t have an opener, so I asked Richard and he had a multi tool that he trusted to let me use and I brought it back right away. Everyone was willing to assist and was so very friendly.

Room in need of repairs. Paint peeling due to water damage. Curtains full of holes. Many items in breakfast were missing…milk was even sour (on but not past expiration).
