"Great housekeeper and night desk clerk!"

I will begin by saying hotel was clean, room was clean, bed was adequate, pillows terrible. I used points to book room and was given a very small room on front side of hotel on the end. I think using points was the reason I was given small room. We heard first train right outside our window within 30 mins. Not bothered much though by this one, we thought would be ok. Several more trains passed by during the 8 hrs we were trying to sleep and several but not all blew the train whistle numerous times. Not much sleep that night

"Stay was subpar for the price."

The breakfast during my stay was amazing. Bed were very comfortably and in a great area.

Phones in the room didn't room so the only way to reach staff was to call from cell phone. Staff did not offer to clean room, take out trash or change towels. I had to call from cell phone to request towels in which only happened once after being told by cleaning that they didn't have towels on their carts because they had none. Only way trash was removed from room was in we caught staff during cleaning hours and took it out ourselves to their cart and trash cans had no liners. And then the elevator went out on the day before we checked out, so last two days we walked up and down stairs with bags or anything.
