"A nice place to disappear and refresh."

Room was clean and spacious. Grab and go breakfast advertised, but discontinued (I suggest removing it from stated offerings). Help desk people were helpful. We enjoyed the privacy and will return.

"Wonderful boutique hotel, but has occasional slip ups."

One of our favorite hotels. Stay here often, but service was lacking. Rooms are huge. Bathroom has excellent Kohler shower. Room decor is sparse for the massive space provided. No comfortable chairs or sofa other than the desk chair. No place for more than one person to sit or dine. Black ceiling makes the room dark. Needs more lighting. Housekeeping was not provided on third day. We removed the 'do not disburb' sign from the door about 11:00 am but we were later told that Housekeeping had checked at 11 am and it was still there. No return check was apparently made. Staff apparently went home after that initial check because it was Christmas Eve. But no prior notice had been given that service would be limited that day. Front desk provided us with 2 sets of fresh towels,

Liked the location for events we were doing

For the price we were surprised there was no one available to get our bags. The room we had was above the entrance to where wedding reception was happening. People were outside all night making all kinds of noise. We remember the hotel from a stay when it was new and felt a refresh was long over due. Mid matched decor Shower really left a lot to be desired - caulking etc. outdated for premium hotel. Over priced for it was.

"Lovely boutique hotel"

Was very impressed with this hotel. It’s a cute boutique hotel near Erin Hills Golf Course which we were playing over 2 days. Our flight in got diverted and we ended up missing the first night. The hotel were very accommodating, they didn’t charge us for that missed night and they gave us a few upgrades to make up for our travel trip from hell.
