Great hotel close to centre of La Fortuna. Very nice rooms with all the necessary facilities. Amazing buffet breakfast. Nice staff. Fantastic that hotel has got a partnership with another hotel that allows you access to thermal waters for free. Usually it is at least $35. Definitely recommended. Only minor problem is parking as their car park is too small for their needs but would stay again.

The hotel is a good value. It has a great location - not smack in the middle of the town but close enough that many restaurants, stores, and even laundry facilities are walkable. A little loud at times b/c the walls and windows are thin. The front desk staff is AWESOME, all speak English well and are eager to help. Free, really good coffee always available. Pretty good breakfast buffet is included. After we left my wife said she would stay there again, and I agree.

The property was very clean and accommodations were very good. It isn’t a luxury hotel but for the price it had everything needed. The breakfast was good and you could even get a beer in the afternoon without leaving the property. The hotel staff was very helpful and knew the area very well. The hotel was in a very convenient location near restaurants, shops and attractions. Also, we got to visit the sister hotel for the hot springs...that was a definite plus!

Great location and breakfast, but service was bad, wi'fi kept going out, and had issues with A/C in our room.

It was conviently located to the center of town so we could walk to restaurants and stores, a block off the park. Every day we would come back to our room and find a new charming animal made from the fresh towels for the next day. We took advantage of the free passes to soak in the hot spring pools of their other property further out of town. Our biggest surprise was that there is NO public transportation in La Fortuna and if you want to do anything on your own and have not rented a car you have to take taxis.

We were eight friends traveling together and really enjoyed our stay.This is a tremendous value in the center of San Bosco. All of the staff were fantastic.

We were eight friends traveling together who stayed here for five nights. The staff and service was perfect. Why would you stay anywhere else in La Fortuna.

Good value for the price. Includes a decent breakfast. Room was a bit small but clean and efficient. Hotel daytime staff was friendly, night time staff could do with some positive hospitality lessons. Short walking distance to town, very centrally located. Best feature was, Bosch has a nicer Hotel, Volcano Lodge. Which hosts a nicer pool and Hot Springs. No additional charges required, but you must have a car or go by taxi. Well worth the trip and no additional fees to gain access. Perfect!
