San Bosco Inn

Great value. Clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location.

For a non-resort experience close to Fortuna's restaurants, San Bosco Inn was excellent. The room was simple and not large, but the A/C, fan, and shower functioned perfectly, the beds were fine, and the rocking chairs outside our door were fun to read in when rain fell. The buffet-style breakfast was decent. Very helpful front desk for getting to activities. Didn't use the pools, but their water was warmer than in San Jose. Took up the option to do the free swim at the sister resort west of Fortuna; the hot springs were hot indeed; family enjoyed it.

The location is great, close to the centre of town. The breakfast is simple but tasty. We have a happy time in there.

I like the service and everything outs specially the receptionists for all the i formation they provided for us Awesome !

Walking distance to all the restaurants and the hotel was clean, safe and the breakfast was good as well

This hotel is a hidden gem. Fantastic staff , helpful and friendly. Great breakfast too. Beds were quite uncomfortable but the price, location and bonus of the thermal pools at the sister hotel make up for it. Definitely would stay again 😊

This was a nice place with good amenities from what we experienced on our trip. They had AC in the room which was important for those that sleep hot as it was warm and humid when we were there in November. The breakfast was very good and the front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Many restaurants, banks and grocery stores were within a 10 minute walk The huge benefit we saw at the hotel was the free passes to the Volcano Lodge hot springs. The hot springs we were originally looking to go to would have been around $80 usd. The passes included with our stay got us into a nice hot springs for no additional cost. We took an Uber on the way to the springs for about $5usd and got a taxi on the way back for around $10 usd This hotel was an excellent value. Definitely would stay again

Great place close to town and all attractions. Helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice pool. We enjoyed our stay!

It was close to downtown, but being a couple of blocks away, it was quiet. Also, a nice perc that wasn't advertised was a free pass to one of the thermal pool resorts. We had planned to pay to go to one, but got it for free. They need to put this in their Expedia listing as it would undoubtedly get more customers. And, the buffet breakfast was superb!
