San Bosco Inn

Stayed with family in a room with four beds. There was AC, breakfast was good. Guests get free entrance to neighboring hot springs. Parking is good, though the lot can fill up and I'm not sure where the overflow parking is. The staff are amazing and care for all our needs, answer all our questions.

GREAT staff - Nedley at the front desk is AWESOME. Great location, central in town, easy walking distance to restaraunts and shops. Great breakfast, pool is very good, and day passes to hot springs resort are a bonus! EXCELLENT all around!

The staff were great, the location is perfect for getting around without a car. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area.

The location was great and much of downtown was walkable. The Sushi restaurant next door was delicious and even had a walk-up window poolside. The access to the hot springs at their sister hotel was a great perk as well!

Beautiful property right in town. Easy walk to shops. Great rooms and inexpensive.

It did not live up to the rating that we saw but it certainly had some good things. First we got it for a great price so it was worth the money. Second, it was located in a walkable part of La Fortuna and the property itself was pretty decent. The only thing I didn’t like was the room itself. A little updating would go a long way to make it feel warm and comfortable.

While the room was a little tired, the service and included breakfast were excellant. Good location, The hotel has a relationship with the Volcano Resort that allows FREE access to their hot springs which was a fabulous perk. I would stay again.

We really wanted to be right in the middle of La Fortuna - easy to explore the city. And yet we were given a free pass to the sister hotel Volcano Lodge with restaurant, swimming pool and thermal / jacuzzi pools. We very much enjoyed the massage sessions at the spa. We had it all!
