Great spot, great food and pool. Loved the benefits of being able to use the hot springs at the other resort.

Coffee available til 10pn, there’s a sushi bar that is available to order from the pool side. Staff is very helpful. Something went wrong with my transportation, Marie managed to have transportation available that same day. The accommodations are Not extravagant but the are clean and efficient and a nice place. Staff very helpful

Upon check-in, we were promptly told to sanitize our hands & keep our masks on while at the front desk. José and Daniela were very welcoming & checkin was a breeze. We got to our room & put the AC on. It worked for a bit then shut off. We decided to tell them on our way out to explore. Jose told us he would send maintenance right over. When we got back maintenance was still there. José told us we had to switch rooms. Got upgraded to a bigger room. Yaay!! José, Daniela and Nedaly were awesome. Called us taxi's when we needed them. Told us where the best food was. Anything we wanted to know they told us. This hotel doesn't have it's own hot springs, but their sister hotel does. They offer you a shuttle to get there for a small fee. We're coffee drinkers & I love the coffee area that's available 24 hours. If I ever come back, I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay

Loved taking advantage of the hot springs at the sister hotel!

Very convenient to downtown La Fortuna. We've stayed here five times and always come back because it is friendly and courteous and a great value.
