Overall the trip was good. Though some improvements in F&B can be looked into. Front office service was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. En. Khairi Yahya was very attentive to our needs.

🌸 A Memorable Deepavali Getaway at Cameron Highlands 🌸 Our 3-day stay at this resort was nothing short of delightful. The accommodation was spacious, with a cozy living area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The entertainment options, including Netflix, made our evenings enjoyable, while the comfortable mattress ensured a truly restful night’s sleep. Breakfast each morning offered a good variety of dishes, and we were especially pleased to see a special Indian breakfast spread on Deepavali morning — a thoughtful and festive touch. Lunch was equally superb, with every dish bursting with flavour and freshness. The highlight of our stay, however, was the Deepavali Indian Buffet Dinner. The spread was simply amazing — from flavourful chicken and mutton dishes to aromatic lamb grill, briyani, masala spaghetti, muruku, vadai, and the sweet delight of kesari. Each dish reflected authentic taste and celebration. To make the night even more memorable, a beautiful fireworks display lit up the sky right outside the lobby, creating a truly festive atmosphere. It was a wonderful and heartwarming celebration that made our Deepavali holiday feel extra special. A highly recommended stay — comfortable, festive, and full of great food and memories! 🌟

Every time I visit Cameron Highlands, I stay at Strawberry Park Resort. It’s my favorite peaceful getaway from the town hustle — surrounded by nature, cool weather, and relaxing views. The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is calm, and it always feels like a refreshing escape. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in the highlands.

1) Although the hotel was inaccessible unless you drove up, the hotel staff were very friendly in ensuring that we were able to get to the accommodations and back to the town area after checking- in! 2) The vegetables served at the Hotel are organic as they are freshly grown and maintained by the hotel staff themselves! Even after visiting the Hotel Garden, we were warmly welcomed by the gardener who gave us a tour around the space, and even offering some of the fresh produce :) We had passion fruit that day and it was one of the sweetest we ever had! 3) The hotel partners with Napanthes Travels and Tours to ensure that guests who may wish to explore Cameron Highland, could do so! We had a fun-filled day touring the area with Tamil from the agency. It is also very evident that the hotel and agency work closely together to ensure that all guests have their needs met!

The staff were very friendly and caring. My kids made a mess in the room and I had to give a call to housekeeping for assistance. They are happy to assist me and clean the room :) I'm happy with my stay
