Strawberry Park Resort

The absolute worst thing was the blatant discrimination and racist treatment my wife received from all the staff. I booked a room with a mountain view and was given one with a forest view. I'm leaving and I'm never coming back.

Second time here in Strawberry Park Resort, the hospitality always top notch. Also managed to got a tennis session with Mr John, definitely one of the best activities to play tennis above the cloud (with a cold weather) ❄️⛅️🎾 till next time!

Second location of 6 places we are staying in Malaysia. Accommodation looks lovely from outside and location is good. The room is about a U.K. 3 star. No aircon or heating, and sparse on electric points. Beds are very comfortable and the shower is excellent. We were disappointed in both the evening meal and breakfast. 2nd night we chose not to eat in the hotel due to disappointment the first night. Excellent restaurants in Tanah Rata. The check in staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet is a disaster. Cooked breakfast on both days was cold at the buffet and food overall what is making this a 3 star review. They do not use heat lamps, and food sits in dishes where the kids are permanently off letting it get cold. Disappointing as this could so easily be fixed with a little investment. Again, staff are pleasant and hotel is very clean.

It’s located in a beautiful place in the Cameron Highlands, but there are no nature trails. The hotel is very isolated,and Tanah Rata, the nearest city is not very attractive with little to offer.. the breakfast service was not great and neither was room service.. they have a nice restaurant called the Tudor but the night I wanted to go they had a buffet.. the tea fields around this area are beautiful so it’s worth going there to see.

Very nice resort, quiet location, amazing mountain view, excellent services and food. We really enjoyed the stay here, we were here in November, in the low season. The hotel is located away from the main city on its own hill, offers a free shuttle to the cities nearby in the afternoon.

Overall a pleasant experience staying at this resort. One aspect that stood out and really worked in favor of this resort is the location!! Just off the main road with 3-5 mins drive and gets into this secluded and serene environment away from traffic and crowd with breathtaking views of the valley. Pls note that not all blocks have balconies opening into the valley views as some blocks face the resort area. We stayed at Fresno family suite in block C (after changing from the bigger Shasta family suite in block E which was facing into the resort) and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Though the breakfast space could have been better managed. Room fittings are bit dated but in working condition and clean. No noise issues during out stay.
