The staff very friendly. The check in and check out experience was very nice too. The room very spacious and everything was well maintained. Thanks to strawberry park resort for giving my family and i a great staycation ever at cameron highland!

Beautiful location.perfect place to enjoy the view with family. Even the road to this resort is like a poem.we had a memorable time.

Nice quite and cosy place to stay in. Breakfast is good and room is clean. Activities for guest to participate in and everyone is polite.

I still remember my first time coming up here many years ago when they still have a horse ride in the front of the reception. At that time we couldn't afford to stay so we just came for a visit. These days my family visit this hotel whenever we go Cameron. I bring my parents here all the time now. I think we've been here 3 times this year maybe, but we're definitely here year after year. First of all, I noticed the improvement with the bathroom - they placed wooden planks of sorts - which is really great! It's totally not slippery now. Great for elderly folks safety. However - the wash basin/toilet area if wet and coupled with the free slippers they give out - that is a very very *very* slippery combo. Just be wary. The rooms are great - we've stayed before in Shasta which was really nice. This time we stayed in the smaller Fresno in block B which is also nice. Previously we were in block C. I was super impressed with how spotless the balcony was this time around. You could barefoot walk around and there was no dust at all at the outdoor even. The main balcony door when closed, still has noticeable gaps - we were kinda worried insects would get in (none got in luckily, only the cold freezing air!) The breakfast was ..somewhat average, as usual whenever we visit - not much has changed. I guess its hard to cater to smaller crowds. The winner here is still the omelette station, and the amazing samosas (though they were left out in the cold, they would have been so good if they were hot!, but there's a little quite beat up small oven you could use to warm them up though). The nasi lemak, porridge, noodles, was alright but quite average. Oh the giant hash browns are great as well but that's just me. (also just very minor nitpicking but i always notice the 1000 island dressing and balsamic dressing labels are always mixed up whenever im here :P)

Room are comfort and spacious. The layout definitely is great. Cleaniness is one the the key point. Staff are friendly and they provide the neccesity during the stay. However the swimming pool facility nees to be maintain, the water is quite cold and not warm at all, there were no new towel ready and we need to walk to the frontdesk to take the tower.

Lovely short getaway, excellent steamboat dinner and great tennis session with Mr John Yoe (resident player/resort manager). Perfect cold weather. 8am tennis at 16 Degrees Celsius..

Everything about my stay was simply perfect. The location is peaceful, surrounded by refreshing greenery and cool Cameron Highlands air. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and truly feels like a getaway from the busy city. My room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. From the decor to the amenities, everything exceeded my expectations, except the TV which not a smart TV (room for improvement). In terms of value, the experience was definitely worth it, excellent service and environment for the price. Cleanliness throughout the resort was top-notch, from the rooms to the common areas. Even the noise level was perfect; quiet, serene, and ideal for rest. A truly wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, nature and peace. Will definitely come back again, next with all my 5 children.
