Wir mochten es, dass man nicht mitten im Trubel ist. Waren während der malaysischen Ferien hier und daher im Hauptort sehr viel Verkehr.

Rooms was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok and location is very good if you are looking for a quite relaxing place to enjoy nature and find peace within.

We booked the place as the family with 5 people and the resort provided two twin beds in the room which upon request was asked to change to an apartment with two bedrooms but one bathroom only which was not good for us as we have to get ready for the sightseeing next day. End up staying in the same room where they put in one cover over the twin beds to make it look like a queen size bed which was quite disappointing. The breakfast was not upto the level that we paid for. If you are not a fussy eater its ok ok types. The place is at the pretty remote area which is quite good for relaxation and staying in the resort most of the time but if you are an adventurous person looking to explore then this resort is not the place and waste of your money, instead find a better hotel at the reasonable price in Tanah Rata. The taxi services are very poor, the traffic jam in the peak season is very bad, Difficult to find the grab booking but if you are lucky get hold of the grab driver and ask him to tour you around. We managed to find Mr Lam (one of the taxi driver-+60-11-1077 4255) and he was awesome. He make us felt like home and made us tour around like a family. Otherwise the tour company within the resort (Nepenthes) was not very user friendly and were more into the business rather than comforting the visitors for their queries.

The best hospitality from staffs ever! Will come again after deliver baby due on Jan 2026. The chinese set food is superbbb! My kids are very picky eater but they really love the chinese cuisine. ❤️

Bad experience with reservation team. I have email my request and hoping they take noted my request but instead they ignore. Spoil my anniversary trip.
