Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, es war nur ein Restaurant geöffnet. Schwimmbad und Duschen dort überholungsbedürtig Im Fitnessraum war die Hälfte der Geräte defekt

Some of the rooms have problem with piping and we were unfortunately in one of these room. Taking a shower is basically a challenge and roll of dice. The water started hot but in about two minutes it cooled down, and if you can’t finish in 30 seconds the water turned completely cold. NOT nice when the area is cool. Asked the staff to come over and showed us the water turned hot again. 5 minutes later the same problem occurred. This is just terrible. Other things that get me to write this are We only have the bath towels in the room and had to call to get the wash towel The room had no water kettle, had to call and ask. Got a bad one first and call again for a good one We had dead bugs on the floor, not good Outside our room there was a collection of garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc. total trash I am sure the hotel is aware of what rooms are having problems but continue to put people in the rooms, not acceptable. Our room is 416, make sure you don’t get this room!

Location remote but outside surrounding beautiful. Room in need of some upgrade but clean and very cold. No air heater or air conditioning unit but provided with fan. Downside catering. Large bus party favoured over small party of 2. Given table & menu at oriental restaurant but no one to take order as all staff waiting on large party. Waited about 20-30 minutes, we left, no staff apology or advised we would be served soon. Similar situation at breakfast, not enough space to accommodate everyone. Not good customer service, so would not recommend to others. Suggestion (1) advise customers if big group of people in hotel so they know to expect delay (2) have one staff member dealing with other guests.

The bathroom lighting appears quite dim. A brighter light would help create better visibility and a more comfortable environment.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Strawberry Park Resort. The service and hospitality were exceptional, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Everything was handled with care and professionalism, which made our visit both comfortable and memorable. I sincerely appreciate the effort put into making our experience so enjoyable and would be happy to return again in the future. Thank you, and I wish the team all the best.

Excellent stay at Strawberry Park Resort. We had a great time staying here with my golfing friends. The rooms were comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful, perfect for relaxing after golf. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return.

17th January 2026, we had a business trip to Cameron Highland and choosing Strawberry Park Resort as our business trips accommodation venue. We were impressed with the hospitality service extended to us. a Special thanks to Strawberry Park Resort team, i could't remember all of their name. Mr Khairi and Mr Fatullah thank you for assisting me and my team since our 1st foot step in until the last step out of the resort. Our room has been upgraded from Studio to Fresno and it was stunning with the open view. we received the best scone in Town as our welcome amenities from the management team. we tried most scone's in Cameron HIghland and no doubt Their scones is the best and buttery. basically, we truly love the stay and the resort, from F&B, services, facilities and Accommodation. we love the nature and privacy offered by Strawberry park Resort.

Magnifique établissement un peu vieillissant mais superbe emplacement, grande chambre confortable avec terrasse.

Petit déjeuner correct mais cher en supplément. Accès piscine difficile pour personne mobilité réduite

Уединенный отель в джунглях Кемерон Хайхилс. Красиво, тихо, спокойно. Мы задержались тут на 1 ночь перевести дух от быстрого ритма поездки, это было очень нужно. И мы встретили в номере лучший матрас в своей жизни!

В горах прохладно, в номере нет кондиционера на обогрев, но персонал нам дал дуйку и было комфортно!!
