The room were not very clean, especially the toilets. All hairs and fungus in showers.

Serene, not crowded and embedded in nature. The resort is located on top of a hill and a good distance away from the main road.

Pleasant stay. This resort has been for decades since i was young. Quiet and out from town. Good place for a break. Old building but inside renovated and cozy. Bathroom hot water and wih pump. Very syoik. Recommend place to stay. Night around 15 degrees.

Hidden gem quiet place far from the town and beautifull scenery as its surounded by jungle with forest view..clean rooms and spacious room with good amenities and comfy around.

We love the breakfast buffet , and also the dinner , which is deliciously cook.The resort is a beautiful resort surrounded with nice view.

We had a really enjoyable stay at strawberry park resort. We had our room upgraded. The room was big, clean and comfortable with view that was nice. Breakfast was good with lot's variety of options to eat. There were also lots of activities available, such as nature walks, tennis, pickleball, swimming pool and even a kids playroom, which made the stay even more enjoyable. (We went on the nature walk, the tour guide was very friendly and informative about the plants in the local are) .Thank you to Mr John and his staff they were amazing, friendly and always helpful! Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely will come back again.

Our family spent a terrible night at Strawberry park in Cameron Highlands. We had booked for two nights however left as early as we could after one night. If we had any other options we wouldn't have stayed there at all. Immediately on opening the door to our room it smelt damp and mouldy, nothing felt clean, the bathrooms were full of mould. On checking out early we explained this to reception & asked to be reimbursed at least for the night we didn't spend there, their manager was meant to call us and they never did. We've sent multiple emails and tried to call them with no response. We were glad to have our own rental car meaning we could leave as soon as possible. Our kids started calling the place mouldy highlands - this might have been a lovely holiday destination once, but the whole area is now over crowded and run down - save yourselves some stress and skip Cameron Highlands altogether!

Our stay at Strawberry Park Resort (2nd–5th January 2026) We booked a 4-room suite, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, with only basic, outdated furniture. Both washrooms had leaking commodes, the shower was broken and spraying water everywhere, and the toilet floors were constantly wet because of these issues. We also had to request a hair dryer and an iron, and even then the iron provided was broken, taped together, and barely heated — something you wouldn’t expect even in a 4 star hotel. The body-wash dispenser didn’t work, so we had to open it and pour the liquid out manually. On our final day, the housekeeping staff left discoloured pool towels in the room, which was quite shocking. Additionally, the lady at the reception on the first two days was unfriendly and unhelpful, offering only one-word answers and very poor service. The hotel itself is large and has great potential, but nothing seems to be maintained. For example, they have a nice tennis court but no tennis balls available, and many other facilities were similarly neglected. Overall, this stay was far below expectations — especially considering the amount we paid and how the property is presented on social media. Sadly, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this resort to anyone.
