Please change the carpet rooms, it’s looks horrible, old, stains and furniture as well. The furniture looks like build in 1990

good location

communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was impossible and not much better upon arrival. Breakfast room was total chaos with poor selection of food and often cold. Room lacked proper maintenance and badly needed a refresh
