The location is great. Connected to mall

The bed is so noisy and un even (senget) bila tido rasa mcm nak jatuh ke tepi. Did call to ask to change the room.. but they said full. The next day ask the house keeping to betulkan katil but she can’t. Bcoz the bed berat sgt katanya.. so I hardly sleep the whole time I was there.. the pillow is keras. Overall ITS UNCOMFORTABLE

"Second time staying at this hotel with family and I can’t recommend it highly enough"

The location is excellent, staff and service is fantastic and the breakfast buffet was exceptional! This was our second stay, once before COVID and once after and we were not disappointed. All of our expectations were met and the room was so comfortable.

The pool opening hours are only until 7pm

Breakfast was excellent with many good choices. Love the porridge! The restaurant view was a plus. I love the connection to the mall. Lots of restaurants as well and just walking distance to another mall. The check-in staff were polite and lovely. The rooms were clean.

Leaking on both our bathroom and also my sister's room. This could be maintain better.
