"Unabke to Check Inafter 7PM!"

Horrible check in experience. Per my Expedia Reservations I was scheduled to arrive in town at 10PM. The hotel staff ALL leave at 7 PM with no late checkin procedures---I'm not kidding--nobody available after 7 PM. Even though they accepted my reservation knowing I wouldn't be in until 10PM, there was no late checkin process. This s rediculous, I travel a lot and havre never run into a hotel that closes at 7PM and does not have late checkin procedures. I ended up booking another hotel for the first night. In Town Suites local and corporate management wouldn't even talk to me about it or offer an offset for me not getting to stay the first night. I won't stay with them again.

"The hotel cancelled our reservation"

The hotel cancelled our reservation while we were on the road to our destination. No assistance offered. We were unable to get a response from Expedia for assistance. I will go elsewhere for travel booking in the future.

They cancelled my reservations even after i called and told them that i was gonna be a late arrival. I was coming home for a funeral. I will never stay at one of their hotels in my life

"Overbooked and smoky rooms. "

Nice location and great place to walk in the morning. Clean, safe and easy parking. Room considered nonsmoking had been smoked in and I went out and bought a air purifier to address it. I liked enough to stay another three days the following week, but the hotel called the afternoon of my check in to say that they had overbooked and had no room for me. Expedia helped by calling hotel to get my prepayment back and Expedia gave me 50 credit for the hotel's error.

I was called at 4pm on the day of my reservation and told that they had over booked and my reservations were being canceled. I will never stay at this hotel and would not reccommend them to anyone.

"Terrable Service From Home Towne Suite and Hotels."

Let me start out buy saying that their was no stay at Home Towne Suites in Prattville to my surprise. I was in route from Jacksonville Fl. to Prattville Al. to attend a family Easter gathering, about halfway into the trip a person from the hotel called and told me that would not honor our reservation because they had overbooked by 7 people. It put a burden on us to get a room called back to hotels.com to get assistance and ended up spending over 1.5 hours setting in a parking lot trying to get booked for another room. I had to talk to two people and each "had" to contact the hotel to make sure that what I was telling them was true, the second person who was a "placement" person verified my number incase we got disconnected and once again called the hotel, we ask when she came back to see if we could be booked in a certain hotel that we saw on their website and she said that she had to check availability, she put us on hold and 1 week and 1 day later I have still not heard back from her, the whole situation was handled poorly from Home Towne Suite Rude Person to never hearing back from Hotel.com agent. Hopefully both can work on customer relation and attempt to give customer service. One of the main problems with hotels.com agent was the accent they had made them impossible to understand and neither one understood English.
