InTown Suites Extended Stay Prattville AL

It was mostly good except in my group we had 4 rooms. 3 rooms had very little toilet paper and 1 room didn’t have any.

TV didn't work and nobody came to fix it, the microwave was nasty, the frig had food in it from previous guest and no toilet paper!!!

They closed at 7pm witch is a stupid time for a hotel to refuse to let you get a room. So now I have the flu because i had to sleep outside in the cold all night

From the time we checked in we were treated rudely. Two vehicles up on blocks in the parking lot. One in front of the office itself. refused to allow me to have second room card for my wife. Didnt clean room or offer bath products during the two day stay at this facility. They allowed a Block Party to take place with 3-4 cases of beer bottles all over parking lot w/ loud music you could hear across the street. I had to give them my old towels and wait on my towels because they didn't have enough to swap each day. Toilet rocked back & forth, not mounted properly. Room Unclean and Stunk. No Onsite help desk / person on site. Kept up all night with loud noise that no one would address. Tried to check out early only to be told Office didn't open until 11 am. I arrived with a friend in a wheel chair and this facility is not ADA Compliant. All rooms have a large lip in the doorway, No ramps in parking lots close to rooms. He could not get into office without assistance. He was forced to come inside as they refuse to allow his wife to check in for them. I highly recommend this hotel loose it charter with InTown Suites as this is not any type Hotel of their stature. The worst in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Also received letter from another guest who stated Management gave it out stating a list of requirements for the guest but not what they are responsible for. List was a JOKE.

payed for 1 week after 2 nights some guys tried to jump on my husband so the manager made us leave instead of them at midnight then was told NO REFUND

Location looked inviting when we arrived. But there was water seeping up through the floor tiles in the kitchen. We were not given fresh towels or wash cloths daily. We could not reach the staff by phone. The phone number provided would let us leave messages, but no one returned our calls.....We will not be returning.

Good choice for the price.

never got to stay there. They were closed when we got there. I have never seen a hotel whose office closes at 7. They said it was in the email but never saw it and it would have been too late anyway. It should be something that is there when you book it.

When my husband and I arrived at the hotel at 6:55 pm to check in the door was locked and had a note on it to call a number. When I called the number I was told that they were closed. I asked how do I check in and was told that they were closed. She also told me that I should cancel my reservations and find somewhere else to sleep for the night. No apologies were given and it seemed she didn't care at all. The note on the door said that they close at 7:00 pm. This was not told to me when making the reservation.
