"Nobody was available to check in after 7:00. "

Nobody was available to check us in after 7:00 PM. Our flight was delayed and we were not able to contact the office. I was forced to find alternative lodging and pay out of pocket. When I contacted the after house number I was rudely told to go down the road and find a room. Very Poor customer service. I am still trying to get my refund from Expedia.

Only rated overall and service because after booking I went to dinner and showed up at 8:00 pm to check in and was told that since I did not contact them prior to 7:00 pm I could not stay there!!! This is the first time I have been turned away from a hotel/motel at 8:00 pm after having a reservation. By the way,,,, you still have to pay for a room you do not get to stay in.... A total waste of money!!! Ended up paying for another place to stay.Do not book this place unless you want to pay them and another place for the same night.

I had a late check in scheduled for 1am, they told me to call the phone number on the door when I arrived and the 24/7 attendant would bring my key to the main office so I could get into my room. I missed my connection flight, I tried calling the office and their reservations department, they didn't have the attendants number. I arrived at the hotel at 4:30am, I called the number, it went to voicemail 3 times. I left a message to call me back as soon as they woke up. I never received a call. I had to wait until the front desk opened at 11am to get my room key, it was the wrong kind of room. I am not impressed at all.

"Did not hold my reservation"

Made a reservation about three weeks in advance for two nights. Got a call early in the morning the day of arrival from the hotel advising that they had guests who did not check out, and no rooms were available for me. "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation-- and that's the most important part of the reservation." (Seinfeld)

"InTown Suites"

When I first arrived, they didn't have a non smoking as I had requested. I did accept a smoking room since that was all they had and I was really tired. The room wasn't clean, the smoke literally suffocated me and I was unable to sleep. I sprayed, put carpet fresh down nothing could remove or mask the smell of the room. There wasn't a stove in the room as advertised, there were lots of small roaches in the room. Initially was very upset and disappointed. I called the front desk and told them I absolutely had to move and how uncomfortable I was and they were extremely apologetic and moved me to a non smoking room immediately. That room was like night and day. I was very pleased with that room. I felt really comfortable, it had all of the appliances. I will definitely stay again, if and only if the room I request is available and the price was Awesome as well.

We had an excellent stay. The only problem I had was when I was checking out. I went to the front office to turn in our key and the lady that was in the office was impolite when I opened the door at the office entrance. The prior day when I checked in I couldn't enter the office without a key. So, when I go to check-out I try using my key but the light blinks red, meaning the key was not working for me to enter. I knocked on the front window because I could see someone sitting down at the front desk. She says something but i can't hear it. I then wait a few seconds look back in the window and she's still sitting there. So I knock one more time on the wondow. She then stands up and leans over the counter some and yells at me, "The door is open!!". I open the door and went in. As I was coming in the door-way I looked and she was rolling her eyes, at my situation probably. That was very rude and poor customer service
