"Excellent"

Very nice hotel, very close to all the tourist attractions, and very nicely furnished. Only problem is that it is very difficult to see the hotel from the outside - signage needs to be alot clearer. But with a great price as well, certainly to be recommended

Really conveniently situated on Nevsky Prospect. Small but comfortable room with a lovely bathroom. Free wi fi although it was a bit intermittent. Breakfast delicious. However, I would really have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room - I got a bottle of water my first night but it was never replaced. I would stay there agin if I return to St Petersburg.

"Comfortable rooms, but arrogant staff"

Rooms are comfortable. Excellent location. But the reception lady (on duty in the afternoon during our 2nd day of our stay) was arrogant.

"Trip to St Petersburg"

If you love great architecture, this is the place to visit. I have never seen so many wonderful structures, buildings in one city, absolutely stunning. We were there for 5 days but needed another 5 to do everything I would have liked to have done. I plan to return. Perhaps in 2 years and combine Moscow plus the train journey to St Petersburg. September appeared to be a good month with regards to smaller crowds. However, if you prefer warmer weather June may be a good time to go. Lots of coffee shops and various eating places throughout the city and nearby to the hotel. Had an amazing time but needed a longer stay to appreciate it all so much more.

Pros : Nice comfortable hotel that close to many local attractions / cafes / train station etc. Front desk staff are helpful Cons : No kettle in room No replenish of bottle drinking water daily

Awesome, reasonably priced hotel Central to all the sights, great breakfasts,friendly and helpful staff. No better place to stay in Saint Petersburg.
