Boutique Hotel Golden Triangle

Nice hotel and good location, very comfortable bed, great breakfast, and nice staff.

The decor is vibrant. I selected a small room and it was, but the bed was large and comfortable. Lots of amenities but wish it had tea-making device and kleenex. Need to give street address accurately; it is NOT on Nevsky Pr but half a block down a side street. Taxi driver wanted to let me out at the wrong place.

Stained top sheet not changed despite asking twice. Very small room. Location fantastic.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights and was impressed by its central location, the very helpful reception staff and the vast choice offered at breakfast each morning. I enjoyed not having to walk through a lobby but the feeling I could slip an and out of my room as I pleased. My only criticism was that external noise could be excessive at some times of day.

The location was great ! Would definitely stay here again....breakfast, also very good...only negative is their English is limited, not very good with directions....

Check in was straight forward. The elevator is very small, fits only 2 people. (and forget about bags). Staff wasn't very useful if asked ANY tourist information. Annoying that someone would ring my room and drop the phone when i say hi. The shower is a nightmare, the shower door doesn't hold the water back...better hope you don't need to go back in after you finish, it's like a mini pond. VERY ANNOYING. Wasn't too keen on the breakfast, but the location is perfect.

When we arrived to check in, we found the standard room so small that it was a struggle to walk to the other side of the bed, near the window. Got to be the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. No upgrade was possible on the first night and frankly it was not very pleasant to spend a night there. The following morning we were offered a better room at additional cost which was not an issue. This turned out to be much better. Nice size, good shower, clean etc. As if we were being haunted on this trip on the first night in the new room, the ac for the entire floor was not working and could not be fixed till the next day, so we suffered another night of discomfort. However, once that was sorted we had a nice time and would definitely book again but not in a standard room

This was a wonderful hotel for our first visit to Saint Petersburg. It is close to the main strip and provides easy access to all the sites.

Good location near Nevsky Prospect. Hotel is a work in progress. It is in a mixed use building and building work is still taking place. This did not disrupt our time in the hotel.The decor and cleanliness of the room was really good. The breakfast was good with a fairly standard mixed buffet during our stay it did not change much and some minor items not put out I.e. butter or margerine. This was provided when we asked. A thing I found strange was that the rooms did not have a kettle and tea/coffee avalabe you could go to the breakfast room for it.
