Great except we had to keep the windows open because the room has a slight smell of smoke.

Great location for tourists to St. Petersburg. An easily walk to the Hermitage, the Neva, the Savior on Spilled Blood, the metro. Staff were helpful although didn't really have need to interact much. Complaints are really on.y about small things--in general, very pleased with the choice of Golden Triangle

Terrific location and great room. But beware that actual address to give a taxi is NOT the one listed. The hotel is around the corner from its official address and very hard too find them first time. They should provide the actual address!!!

12 minutes walk to Hermitage. Recently remodeled. Air conditioner (no heater) 24 hours reception (I was told so) Breakfast OK, hot meals mostly junk food (should have been better for $200/night) TV over air, low resolution. No coffee maker in the room. There is a fridge aka bar, with beers etc priced 5x market price. You'd better walk to 24-hours grocery on the same Bolshaya Konyushennaya street (no alcohol after 10 pm though)

We stayed a family of five the first week of July/2017. We had two rooms. On arrival, the hotel on their own initiative had prepared a third bed in one of the room to accommodate 5 people. The bed are for single persons and the know, so the prepared for it. Nice arrival touch. The location of the hotel is perfect, Hermitage, cathedrals, night live, metro, all happening in the surrounding. Music plays on the street until late night and can be heard in the room, for us it was plus. Live Russian music, wonderful. The front desk staff very helpful. They are ready to answer all type of questions and provide tips and directions. Very polite and I could see the enjoyed helping. The check-in and check-out only took minutes. We checked-out at 3:00AM and a front desk person was there. The breakfast is excellent. Good variety and is the prefect way to start the day ready for the excursions no wasting time. I have three daughters, they want to return next year. I highly recommend this hotel

It is conveniently located just meters near the Nevsky Prospect most popular street on St. Petersburg.

Staff were very friendly and the concierge very helpful with information and booking restaurants and recommending places. The beds were very comfortable, our room was quiet and very convenient for the restaurant (room 308) but we weren't disturbed by any noise. The breakfast was great. If you can't find something to eat in their buffet I'd say you were very fussy. There was full English, cereals, breads, cheese, meats, fish yoghurt, actimel, fresh fruit, teas, coffee and fruit juice Sat and sun you could even have cheesecake and prosecco!
