Awful breakfast experience. Good property and well located. An hotel of this category cannot have those mistakes in my opinion

1. 6th Floor has a problem with hot water supply and windows insulations. So if you came late to the hotel, you might not get a hot water. And in case weather is cold and windy you will be freezing in your room. 2. Hotel occupies only few floors, rest of the floors are either residence units, offices and even a hostel with a lot of 1+ star tourists. Which made me feel uncomfortable. 3. Breakfast is good, except temperature issue, in-room temperature is +20 celcisus. 4.Staff is quite friendly, but within the scope of their limited basic duties. When you face a problem you will never be able to find a General Manager or senior staff. 5. Hotel is in a great location. 6. Rooms are well decorated, and most of them I can give 4+ stars rating.

We had a lovely suite. I would recommend the backside of the hotel facing the church as more quiet. Breakfast room was very nice and food very good. within walking distance of many of the top sites. But most of all the concierge desk was so helpful in arranging things for us. Alexandra and Irena at the front desk were also very nice. There was a small problem with the water system and they offered a move for us to another room to solve the problem. would definitely recommend this traditional decorated hotel . A bit of patience is needed for the elevator size and used by many people.

Near to metro, many reataurants, and hermitage museum, khazan cathedral, and many important site you have to do in St. Petersburg

I honestly could not fault the Golden Triangle. It was situated just off the main street, Nevsky Prospekt, so was convenient for the famous attractions. The staff were pleasant & helpful, the room clean and comfortable, and a decent buffet breakfast. I would happily recommend it to anyone.

Room size is smaller than my expectation. Fan in the bath room does not work. Easy to listen the discussion from the next room.

This hotel is within very easy reach of most major tourist sights. We had one of their comfort rooms which was small but comfortable enough - it didn't have much wardrobe/drawer space, desk or any facilities for making tea/coffee in the room. The staff were efficient and helpful. Breakfast was extensive but not particularly exciting - the coffee was good.
