I was extremely impressed with the staff. Linda the manager is amazing. The beds felt like a cloud, the breakfast was very good. The next time I travel to Clare Michigan this is going to be the place to stay!

"Great location, friendly staff, could use a deep clean."

Breakfast was fresh, but minimal. The staff was friendly.

The room was not clean. There were bugs (NOT bedbugs) and hair in the bed. The carpet had not been vacuumed as there was crumbs on it. Lamps and remote were sticky. Bathtub was very stained.

"The plumbing issues were terrible. Couldn’t flush the toilet"

The staff was great and worked hard. There was only one person running everything. Needs more help

The room had a funky smell. The toilet was backed up and wouldn’t flush. With only one person taking care of the desk and breakfast, food was very slow

Dru, the service was wonderful,she was friendly and I would only go back because of her

The rooms were dirty. The electrical plugs the GFI were bad in 3 rooms. We had to move in the middle of the night due too that condition
