Well i liked what was to be expected

Really disliked how I was rejected at the door and treated by staff

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Did find a stray hair or two but it happens. Seen previous reviews about the shower not getting hot but didnt find that to be true. The pool/hot tub where nice. My children loved it. Breakfast bar was refilled and kept hot. The hotel is located amazingly. Within walking distance of many places to eat, a grocery store, family dollar ect. If I need to stay in clare again I will definitely be booking here again.

One of the towels had a stain but it was still clean.

Clean, quiet, good location.

The breakfast could have been better. The only protein available was in the yogurt. A package of peanut butter or cream cheese would have been nice to have for the toast or waffle. If a person was lactose intolerant there was nothing available.

Pool and Spa area is very clean and kid friendly. Although you have to get towels from the front desk and return them there when done so we had to go back to the desk after showering with them. They document how many pool towels you have.

The breakfast is horrendous! Stale doughnuts, wet eggs, sour OJ. Cereal was plain cheerios or Fruit loops. Only bread options were white or wheat, no bagels. Only served cherry yogurt. Very minimal and disorganized.

That the hot tub worked

Kids running up and down the hallway I need to play angle seek. The desk clerk wasn't that friendly.
