No hot tub. Desk clerk had zero personality. My room sink was super gross

Location and staff was friendly

Hotel was freezing, pool and jacuzzi were both out of order. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely horrible, coffee was terrible as well. In the room no extra toilet paper, heater was out of date and either it was too hot in the room or too cold. Do not recommend this hotel until they can get their priorities straight.

I liked that I could get a room that was very organized. All the objects (such as towels, coffee items, and the bed, etc) where well stocked and showed class with how they were displayed. The desk staff were nice.

Comfort failed from lack of oxygen in that room. What bothered me, was that there was a heavy odor in the room (reminded me of un-rinsed pine, or something) that made it hard to breathe. I kept rolling around in bed for hours because of the air in this room. An electric 'Ozone' device was plugged in an outlet and left in the middle of the room on the floor, and this may be why the room had little air. (As if no one but myself had been in that room since that ozone device was in use.) I only slept 1 1/2 hours, after I left the room a few times and returned...like I was the one who let air in the room by opening the door a few times. ALSO: I could hear the person in the room next to me constantly clearing (his?) throat and later he was snoring. I could hear him right through the wall. ALSO: next to the couch, there is a 'board' that is a middle shelf under the overhead light above it, and that board/counter has play in it - it moves when objects are set on it. The whole shelf can teeter up to 15-30°, like it is not attached to the shelving unit below this lamp.

Location was close to 75 North, beds were very comfortable, lobby was clean and staff was very kind. Rooms were immaculate and hot tub was perfect!

Breakfast was a 4/10 with a waffle machine, cereal, oatmeal packet and yogurts. Needed more options for hot food if advertising “hot breakfast”. Back door wasn’t working to access the end of the hotel at the time so we had to walk through main lobby each time. No elevator - had to carry luggage up the stairs.
