Room was clean and quiet. Staff very pleasant. Would stay again.

My room was already occupied when I entered with the room key another family was already assigned to the room and unpacked. Mind you I was charged for the room when it was booked in 2 months ago. So the excuse I was given “you arrived after 3 pm check in was not an acceptable response for the uncomfortable situation- we arrived at 8 pm) The room I was moved to was in the basement down an unsafe feeling hallway. Carpet was torn. In the room the outlets didn’t hold standard iPhone cube plugs (not just the wires the actual plug). The bathroom door handle was falling off. The bathtub was stained brown. The toilet was loose from the wall and rock when sat upon. The coffee machine in the room did not work! And the complimentary coffee in the lobby was not! It was just brown water not even remotely close to coffee. FYI the breakfast is not complimentary although I am sure it would be disappointing even if it was. zero stars!!!

When we got there, I was impressed by the lobby and bar area. It was clean, updated and appealing. Upon entering the room, right away I was unhappy. There were brown stains all over the walls and the carpet was ripping in spots. The ceiling in the bathroom were peeling. The toilet kept running when no one was using it, and toilet paper would sporadically come back up. When I went to the front desk, she sent a "maintenance" man who showed up with no tools. He flushed the toilet and said, it's fine. When I explained to him that it kept running and paper was coming back up, he said, "hold down the flusher." We were near a staircase, and every time someone used the stairs, the door slammed extremely loudly. When people were going up and down late at night and early in the morning, we couldn't sleep. The beds were comfortable and clean but this hotel needs to invest in the rooms overall.

Good location. Comfortable beds

No hair dryer in room, bathroom needed updating, temperature control of water in shower was less than optimal, room was not cleaned well - found hair accessories left from previous guests, no breakfast included.

It was nice and clean, the staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and we were close to The Culinary Institute of America, shopping and restaurants.

I have no complaints about this property.
