La estadia en general estuvo muy buena, el desayuno es muy rico y tiene de todo (sólo si comes en el hotel) porque para llevarlo a tours, es una caja de jugo, un sandwich y una barra de cereal. El único "problema" es que nos cambiaron el vuelo y llegamos antes, y queriamos pagar un resto para poder acceder a nuestra pieza antes (el check in es a las 15:00 hrs) y nos dijeron que no se podia, quizás especificar eso antes, para que uno vea como arreglarselas, ya que escribí al correo del lugar, pero no me respondieron.

The place has the necessary for staying in the area, swiming pool, jacuzzi, common areas and staff treats you excelent! The only thing is a bit far from the town to go walking, however they have shuttle services at certain hours, just ask for it, there are no extra charges.

Me and my girlfriend had a really nice stay at this hotel. It's a 20-minute walk from the town, but it's a really easy walk. We would sometimes walk back-and-fourth three times a day. During our week stay, we didn't use a taxi not even once. But it's still nice and quiet around the hotel, which is so nice. Beware that the streets are not lighted, so you might want to have a flashlight when walking back at the night (watching the stars while walking back to your hotel is just priceless!). The whole staff is really nice and helpful. We were served breakfast individually at every morning by the hotel owner, and it was delicious! I really miss having my morning coffee at their garden watching the first rays of light shed over the Licancabur volcano. There's also a pool and a jacuzzi at the hotel. Jacuzzi was nice and warm. The shower was just great and we had hot water during our whole stay. There's also free WiFi, but don't expect much, you are the Atacama desert.

There i a a great difference between what is shown on photos via the website and what we've discovered; the place need really to be maintained in several places. hopefully we had a discount when we've booked, if not we would have been really disappointed. a window of our room was repaired with scotsch tape, the door of the closet was broken, and the furniture are not the ones on photos, the door of the room could not be fully opened because of the wraped floor.the bathroom was nice.the jacuzzi should be cleaned, the wood is green because of the water.The staff was very kind and helpfull and the breakfast is very good. tea and coffee are available 24h/day. Not a lot could be done to the make the place nice to stay. the place is quiet.

Excelente elección para los objetivos de descanso de nuestro viaje. Muy buen nivel de las instalaciones y cumplen con lo descrito. Mención aparte hacia la atención que siempre fue oportuna, de calidad y muy preocupada de hacer de nuestra estadía una experiencia placentera acorde con las expectativas de una estadía tranquila en un entorno natural. Las restricciones externas respecto a la implementación de señalética y letreros informativos hicieron que nuestra llegada no fuese tan fluida a pesar de lo fácil que resulta dar con la ubicación.( no confiar tampoco en google maps ya que hay dos pasajes con el mismo nombre)

devido a tudo no Atacama ser bem rústico e com bastante dificuldade, o local é excelente, bem espaçoso e confortável.

Muy buena atención, limpieza y comodidad...lo único malo es que esta retirado del centro y nos jugó en contra porque No quedaba mucho tiempo entre nuestros tours del día para ir al hotel a pie y volver a pie. En general muy bueno.

Gostei demais do atendimento , localização ( estava de carro , tem estacionamento gratuito e demorava poucos minutos para se chegar ao centro de automóvel ), lugar silencioso , quarto grande, café servido pontualmente no quarto, bom café, quando cheguei fiquei com medo que estivesse abandonado , pois trabalha uma família no local que toma conta do hotel que mudou de administração, não está em seu máximo potencial, mas adorei o atendimento , o local e o quarto. Apenas o banho a temperatura da água é díficil de estabilizar , foi o único ponto mais fraco. Mas dou nota 10. Ficamos super a vontade.

el dia del arribo estaba preocupado por que no contestaban el telefono, sms o whatsapp, que aparece en hotels.com o en la pagina, por que mi vuelo llegaba a Calama a las 22:00 y queria avisar a la recepcion. Llegamos a las 23:50 al hotel y no tuvimos problemas. Solo el tema de la incertidumbre fue incomodo. La estadía estuvo impecable, la atención muy buena. Muy amables, excelente trato. Nos prepararon lunch boxes para llevar al tour del Tatio, y pudimos usar le hot tub. Ademas nos quedamos un rato despues del checkout sin costo. Muy agradecidos.

We had trouble finding this property but once there it was a great experience (a sign at the end of the road to it would have been helpful). Own transport was really required for this property as it was quite a walk into town. Covered parking was provided and there was good security with a locked compound . This appeared to be a family run business, the family were really helpful, lovely people who offered a service beyond what we expected providing drinking water and hot drinks included in the price whenever you wanted. They cooked for us when we requested. Language was sometimes a difficulty but we managed and it was great fun staying here.
