Lindos Imperial Resort & Spa

Very nice stay, thank you for good vacations. There are smalls issues which could be improved but in general this is one of best hotels we stay.

Overall a pleasant but a bit disappointing stay. It is a lovely property with multiple pools and an adjoining beach. Our room was very nice with a super comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great. We had dinner most nights in the buffet restaurant and once in one of the a la carte restaurants. Getting a reservation there is quite a hassle. You have to make your reservation a few days in advance or you won't be able to get a table. The food wasn't great and nothing special - not at all what you would expect from a 5-star hotel! Also, there was meant to be a relax pool with no kids and music allowed which is a lie since there is more noise and kids than at any of the other pools. The staff are also worth mentioning. Everyone working at the bars or in the restaurants are absolutely lovely and deliver a great service. The staff at reception, not so much. Communication between them is horrible and overall they were pretty useless. We asked if it would be possible to change our room as our terrace was right next to a walkway with people looking right at you. We were told that they would note down the request and speak to the manager and that we should come back tomorrow morning. When we asked about it the next day, we were told it hadn't been passed on and to come back again the day after. After asking a third time without anything being done, we gave up. The same issue occurred when asking for late check-out. To sum up, it is a nice hotel but hasn't met our expectations

The hotel itself had one of the best equipped children’s pools and play facilities we have used. We have stayed at numerous Greek all inclusives over the years. Food was good but not spectacular, drinks were decent.

Hotel could have beencloser to Lindos. Needed a car to get places.

The hotel is perfect for a family vecation with little kids.The facilities are great, there are a couple of swiming pools, water slides. Food, is available all day, besides the main food hall, there are 3 restaurants which needs to be booked in advance and a restaurant on the beach which is quite good, opened since 11 am. The hotel staff is very ftiendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfy (we stayed in a family sea view room).

Second time visiting Lindos Imperial and overall I can say it's a great hotel, very family-friendly, clean, has many attractions for kids and adults (3 different pools, beach, special activities and more) and we enjoyed both visits. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for friends and family. The only caveat that made me give a score of 4 and not 5 is that there were several issues with housekeeping that required us to go to the front desk several times to get proper service (additional bed for a kid took half a day to deliver, additional blankets were requested 4 times until delivered)
