Lindos Imperial Resort & Spa

Staff was terrible. Rude from the time of arrival. Air conditioning in our room did work the entire stay; we informed the staff 3 times each day and asked to be relocated but were told the hotel was full and “when it’s hot outside the air conditioner sometimes doesn’t work”. Apparently this is the first summer it’s ever been hot in Greece. We purchased a “all inclusive” package, which was the case unless you wanted things as simple as mineral water or a snack between meal times. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay at this price point.

Great family holiday, all staff we came across could not have been more helpful or polite, spent most of our pool time at the activity pool, Sevios & Nice Lady (Apoligies, frustratingly I am unable to recall your name!?..) we’re both very charming and “served with a smile” despite the demanding/testing nature of some guest encounters I witnessed.....Thank to everyone for you an enjoyable 7 days..

hi my name is nicolas elhindy i can assure you you will enjoy this hotel, the place is very beautiful but don't make my mistake take all inclusive package and stay a week minimum. beautifull beach, pools and entertainment , the kids enjoyed it maximum, thank you lindos imperial hope next summer will come again, thank you also gerominos at the pool bar very friendly guy

Fabulous hotel. Excellent staff.

Had an amazing time at the resort. The food and amenities were great. The only thing lacking was the service. There was no Oder to the reception counter. I also had an issue with a giant flying cockroach/bug in my bedroom that they said someone would come to help me get rid off. No one came. Also when I asked for someone to help bring up my bags for checkout I had to wait over half an hour, and a second call. Other than this service issue, the place was great. Loved the beach and the activities pool which was the one place you could get a chair in the afternoon.

The place looked beautiful until we actually walked into our room. They gave us 2 twin beds pushed together to make it a queen size. So you could imagine how that worked out while sleeping and slipping through the cracks. We proceeded to go to the beach area to realize we couldn’t walk in with all the big rocks. I have been to beaches with lots of rocks but this was another level. We proceeded to go to the pool, which if you don’t get there at the crack of dawn you will never get a seat. To relieve the stress we ordered a cocktail that was pre made in the frig. Then dinner comes, well the food was terrible. It felt like we were at a college cafeteria, however my daughters school has bettter food then that. Finally, the next morning we decided to go to the gym, but the gym doesn’t open until 10am and closes at 7pm. I forgot to mention you can only switch your towel every other day with a 10euro deposit at check in. Needless to say we only had breakfast there and left until bedtime. We did check out a day early but didn’t even bother asking for our money for the extra night. The blessIng was we loved Rhodes, we explored so many different places and enjoyed all of it. So if it wasn’t for the terrible hotel we would of never experienced such an amazing island. So we thank the hotel for that!!

Great place for holidays! Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food. Only let down is the hotel's beach which is not as good as the ones nearby. If you want the sandy and children friendly one be ready for a little drive.

The resort stuff were very friendly and tried their best to help out with every single query/request we had. The entertainment team were very creative and hardworking. Pools were very nice although number of slides were limited. Food was high in variety but slightly blunt in taste. Perhaps they should reduce the food variety but improve the quality. The interior of the hotel rooms were slightly outdated and lacks modern look but very comfy and clean. The friendliness of the stuff outshines all and this I cannot stress enough. Stuffs are very hardworking (well almost all of them). I thank you all for making this trip memorable one for me and my family.

It was a nice hotel, the facilities are quite good, with the private beach with plenty of sun loungers and multiple pools to choose from. You are 25 minutes drive from Lindos on a bus and not much around, so quite tied into the hotel especially in the evening. The food was excellent, but the drinks were not great. The water tastes horrible and a lot of the drinks are made with it, and didn’t taste nice. The local spirits are also quite bad, meaning that a typical cocktail that I would usually enjoy, was not very nice, and I didn’t drink a lot of them, bearing in mind that it was all inclusive!!! One last negative was that there are no snacks available at night, so when we arrived on the first day, we couldn’t get anything to eat. There are no eating places around and food had stopped. We were given a sandwich each, (me and my wife) but this was like cardboard. Other then that, a very nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent set up with great pools, slides and beach. Good range of bars and eateries. Great for families - we have 3 children who loved it. The private pools are also an excellent touch.
