Prostyle Hotel Ho Chi Minh

This hotel is in my favourite location in Ho Chi Minh so I can just about walk everywhere. Mi was very helpful and friendly at reception and her English is great. I stayed 2 more nights. Top breakfast. I'll stay again.

I stayed three nights and was reasonably comfortable. I’ll tell you the pros and cons below so if you guys consider staying there please check it out. Good ・The staff’s correspondence. They were so kind and were able to Japanese and English, if you are concerned about English this is a high recommendation. ・Breakfast It was buffet style and there were a lot of items. After breakfast, afternoon tea was offered until 17:00. Bad The gym was so cheap only has a running machine. The person who wanna training should not choose it. The wall was thin.

出張で3泊しました。 まず立地は最高でした。レタントンエリアに徒歩1分で、どこへ行くにも便利でした。また広い裏通りですので、ホテルの前はゴミゴミしておらず、車も止めやすく、騒音もほとんどありません。 ロビーは写真通りのスタイリッシュな感じで、レセプションの対応もしっかりしています。 ただ部屋の古さは少々がっかりでした。今後部屋の改装に期待します。。。 朝食は、種類も豊富でその場で作ってくれるフォーとオムレツは非常に美味しかったです。 部屋さえ良ければ満点のホテルでした。

I booked fast laundry, they did not make it in time but charged me for it.

日本語のわかるスタッフもおり、しっかりと受け答えをしてくれて助かりました。 建物は古いのですが、清掃をしっかりしており不快には感じませんでした。 宿泊した日が誕生日と知ってホテルよりささやかなケーキとメッセージカードをプレゼント頂き嬉しかったです。 また、ホーチミンへ行く機会があれば宿泊させていただきます。 大変、お世話になりました。

깔끔하고 좋은 위치

Très bien localisé. Bon compromis entre hôtels de chaines internationales et hôtel locaux. Personnel très prévenant. Petit déjeuner très correct. Piscine sur le toit très réconfortante.

I am awaken by drilling/hammering works every morning (ard 8am). Apparently there are renovation works on certain floors. Also, my room wdw gets all kind of noises late night and early hours from the streets. Sleep was disturbed.

All of the hotel out with the reception area which looked really modern/ new were dated and really shabby looking. We were on the 6th floor with rancid yellow really dirty looking paint in the hallway, carpet was already really dirty looking, not very clean. Our room was much the same, with quite a damp/ fousty smell and was very basic! Shower door didn’t close properly and first day bathroom was flooded as a result and the floor drain was blocked. The pool area was small, but adequate enough apart from the broken decking and the sunbeds. All beds were broken/ screws missing therefore issues with raising/ declining the back of them, when we asked the staff about it he told us they were just old! I think it doesn’t cost a lot to replace sunbeds and ensure customer safety, the arms of the reclining part were poking through the back mesh, and could easily have damaged a person lying on it! There was also work being done on the 8th floor which wasn’t mentioned/ made aware to us at all, and the work / drilling/ hammering started EVERY morning at 7am, which isn’t acceptable when you are on holiday trying to relax! Location was ok, in district 1 was near many of the attractions / easy to walk to. Not sure I’d recommend the hotel as a result of the above points, as I definitely don’t think it comes close to 3 let alone supposed 4 star, the rooms / hallways really need a good bit of modernisation.

It was great stay. I love the breakfast.
