お湯の出が悪かったです、あと部屋が10階だったので朝、朝食の人達の足跡などが聞こえます(朝食は11階です)。10階から階段で上がるので通る時宿泊者の話し声がかなりうるさかったです。 しかし、フロントスタッフの対応は良かったです。 また泊まるかといえば、10階なら泊まらないです。

Doesn't deserve the status as a 4 star hotel!!! Room was at Level 2, directly above a open-air concept Izakaya restaurant. Room with windows are not sound-proof, noise lasted daily till 4am on the first day, 1am on other 2 days! Felt lethargic on the second day Turned on the tap from the basin, noticed that water was yellowish in colour. Had to allow the water to run for 5mins Issues with shower drainage, had to remove the cover to prevent water ponding during shower Breakfast buffet choices was limited, mainly local cuisine As a frequent traveler, I am accustomed to various hotel living conditions. The said experience were tolerable except for the noise experienced during the 3 nights. Many other hotels located in HCM District 1 offering better facilities & living conditions for similar price range.

Location is good.

Lobby and staff are great; rooftop scene is OK. Interior room was adequate; decent size and the usual amenities. Paint peeling in some areas and just overall the facility could use a little attention here and there. Breakfast is good, there's a small and short dinner vegetarian buffet. It's on a side street, so traffic is much less outside..nice!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, even giving my girlfriend a present for International Women's Day. On the whole, the only negative in regards to the hotel is that the rooms need a bit of modernisation to keep that luxury feel.

これまでは、近隣ホテルに泊まっていましたが、今回始めて当ホテルん宿泊しました(連続８日間) 宿泊した理由は、日本人街に近いのと日本語のスタッフが居るからです。 私自身６２歳になるのでこのような雰囲気のホテルは初めての経験でした。しかしスタッフの方の対応がよいのとロビーで長時間過ごしても心地よく、ゆっくり流れていき、日本ではない雰囲気を味わうことができました。 特にホテル入口におられたスタッフ(ドアマン・荷物係)の方が素敵でしたし、受付の女性の方も日本語が解らないかでも翻訳を使用しながら対応ただきました。 また、これを記載すると私のことが解る人間もいるとおもいますが人生で初めて飛行機トラブルでホーチミン空港を出発できず夜中の３時に空港で途方に暮れる事になり大変でした。ホテルも解らない中で当ホテルで追加で２泊することになりました。 その際も迎え入れて頂き感謝します。 ホーチミンには今後も定期的(月に一度程度)いくことになりますが是非とも当ホテルを利用させれもらえればと思います。 hiro
