I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. They operate in a misleading way: after you make your reservation, they inform you that air conditioning costs an additional €8 per day, which they describe as “optional,” even though the rooms receive direct sunlight for much of the day. They also charge extra for the use of the safe. When I tried to cancel, exactly as they had suggested if I did not agree with these conditions, they stopped responding to my messages. As a result, I was unable to cancel without losing my money. The worst part is the lack of rest. One of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel is being able to sleep properly, and here that is almost impossible. The room becomes fully illuminated from around 6–7 a.m. because a glass door has no curtain. I spoke with the manager, and his only solution was to give me a bedsheet to improvise a curtain. What makes this even more frustrating is that, out of the four rooms in the same budget category, this is the only one with this issue. What truly ruined the experience, however, was the manager’s behavior. Instead of addressing a legitimate complaint professionally, he was rude, confrontational, and escalated the situation into an argument. I was simply asking for a reasonable solution to a basic problem that affects sleep quality, yet I was treated with hostility rather than respect. Based on my experience, this is not the attitude expected from someone responsible for dealing with guests, and I do not believe he should be working in a customer-facing role. In addition, they were very careful not to include certain areas, such as the kitchen, in their promotional photos. I will attach photos so that other travelers can see the reality for themselves. Book with caution.

Znakomita lokalizacja. Główny przystanek autobusowy obok hotelu. Sklepy z pamiątkami i dużo barów. Hotel bardzo czysty, sympatyczna obsługa. Polecam!
