Die zentrale Lage, direkt neben dem Busbahnhof ist perfekt. Das Hotel schien gepflegt zu sein. Die Zimmer waren alt, aber gut erhalten.

Dass man die Klimaanlage extra buchen muss für €8 pro Tag.

At first everything was perfect but at around 10pm when we went to bed we just saw something crawling on the wall when we turned on the lights we found a big cockroach on the wall and it flew on our bed. When we went to the reception to state what just happened the receptionist told us it’s something normal and the only thing he can do was spray some spray and that it is normal for women to be scared of cockroaches. When we with the receptionist went back to the room it didn’t seem there but after the receptionist left a few moments later more cockroaches started coming out and we couldn’t stay in our room anymore, the staff wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t even bother that we had nowhere to sleep. I’m very disappointed on how the staff treated us and how unhygienic it was.

The location is great, the pool with sun beds is great, we used air fryer and the washing machine, perfect (please don’t charge us extra for this message😂). We enjoyed the balcony. And when it was too hot outside, we could move our balcony inside

Unfortunately, there was no sponge nor washing gel for dishes so we couldn’t wash them properly. Also no soap in the bathroom. It was very sad that we couldn’t swim after 19, which is early and the evening swim is the best as they have the pool even lighted up. Air conditioning is paid, adapter for European style sockets is also paid🥲
