Gewoon fantastisch, zon zee en paradijs

Eten wat aan de dure kant in het hotel maar wel echt goed

I følgende rækkefølge . Personalet - beliggenheden - stranden - hotellet .. alt var fantastisk .

At man skal betale ekstra for at få en seng ind - selvom man har bestilt til barn … vil man nøjes med en madras ( hvilket fungerede fint ) så var det gratis - men det skabte lidt ballade at det ikke var helt gennemsigtigt fra start af ( det står med meget meget småt et eller andet sted )

Stunning little bay. Quiet, safe, no loud watersports. Cristal claer sea and a beautiful marine life. They shoul (for real) clean the beach daily; especially edges of the beach. Wonderful nature. I've asked to change a room and the new one was significantly better than the one I was given initially; but wasn't available during my whole stay. O restaurant located in the resort next door has lovely food and cocktails. Buzz Coco (again resort next door) is a nice spot for a coffee or a cold drink. Bay is well connected with other parts of the island.

Deffo overpriced for what you get. AVOID if you have any food allergies. I have asked if they can cater for my dietary needs in advance and the answer was yes but that is very far from truth. Whats worse was that staff didn't even make an effort to cater for my dietary needs. Level of English is extremely poor. I had a translation of what I can and cannot eat. This did not help. Breeze restaorant in Ao Pao resort doesn't serve nice food. They managed to mess up even a simple staple dish - Pad Thai. Need to repeat this, level of English (or other European languages) is below what is expected. Staff spends a lot of time on their phones not aware what goes around them. Don't get me wrong, staff is plesant and smiley but not much help from them. They don't ask if you need anything, if everything is ok. None of that. You cannot even tell who's the manager. Resort needs a revamp. Looks old and not well maintained. Rooms look tired, furtniture is old, everything very old fashioned. I asked for another room and, surprise! surprise!, they do have much better villas. Unfortunately, this villa wasn't available throughout my whole stay (needed to extend my stay). moved rooms and villa I stayed in is still not occupied. What's that all about!? Entertainment in the evening should stay where it belongs - in 80's. Beach chairs are those white plastic ones, old and in the best shape. And then one day they stopped bringing them to the side of the beach where I'm at. Not sure why.

God beliggenhed ved dejlig strand. Personalet er ekstremt venlige og hjælpsomme. Højt serviceniveau. God mad.

Der er langt til noget andet end strand. Priserne i restauranten og til massage er høje.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit traumhaften Strand. Sehr nettes Personal, besonders Elle am Empfang.
