Pleasant, comfortable and reasonably priced accomodation close to train station and local buses. Plenty of eating and drinking options close by. Would definitely consider when staying in The Lakes again.

The place was clean, it was comfortable and warm the kitchen was usable but for the price it's not a b&b just a room to sleep and a kitchen for all to use it's nothing special for the price. In my opinion for what it is it should have been cheaper.

The room was clean and in a good location. The common kitchen was really well equipped. Full marks for this. House keeping is good. Felt safe.

The room was cold and there is no heating even when it is cold due to constant rain. Also the room was on the ground floor right next to the road. Whole night it was noisy due to vehicles and people parking right outside the window. The windows are partially covered as it is next to the road. So if you sit in a chair, you can see nothing other than the window and ceiling. Sorry for this. But still I say, my stay was good.
