The Gardens at West Maui

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location to Napili and Kapalua Bay is fantastic.

The office closes at five so arrive on time if you wish to physically speak in person to a staff member located at the office. Thou Hawaii rentals are insanely expensie this plae was remarkably good for the prie compared to all the other locations nearby.

This location is not located directly on the beach; however, those locations are approximately triple or more the cost per day. The wifi did not connect by the password provided but my wife used the password on the back of the device and it then worked fine.

Air conditioner in the room is very loud. Front desk closed at 5pm, so had to be checked in by phone. The staff were very helpful, but it would have been better if this information was posted more clearly.

Reception is closed 2 days per week and for a stay of 2 nights this wasn't ideal, we had to check in by phone. They charged additional resort fee, despite that booking.com already clearly included it in the price we paid.

Die Wohnung war super toll eingerichtet und wir hatten sogar zwei Bäder. Es war alles Notwendige vorhanden man konnte Kochen es gab eine Mikrowelle einen tollen Mixer Kühlschrank usw. Die Poolanlage war großzügig und sehr schön.

Die generale Klimaanlage die fürs ganze Haus zuständig war, war direkt hinter dem Schlafzimmerfenstern angebracht und sie war leider sehr laut.
