Close to the beach, apartment had everything we need easy check in

Found roaches 🪳 in the bathroom twice, washrooms need cleaning, better to update them

During check-in, staff attempted to charge me more than the confirmed receipt amount. They refused to resolve the issue internally and directed me to call a supervisor, even though I was attending a retreat at the time. At checkout, I was asked to take out the trash, which I found unusual as a guest. After leaving, the hotel charged me without explanation, and I had to file a price discrepancy dispute to recover the overcharge. Additionally, the hotel misrepresented my reservation status to Booking.com. Overall, the experience was frustrating and stressful due to poor communication and mishandling of charges.

Nice location, the studio apartment was very nice and comfortable

Make sure you don’t leave your food out to long, ants are likely to come.

Easy to walk to great beaches.

The roosters that wake you up at 3:17 am and the manager that told me if I dont like em, kill em. They would shit in the doorway and on the patio. Don't leave the patio door open, the chickens will attempt to walk in.

It is very close to Napili Beach which we liked a lot. The Hibiscus Apartment was spacious for us.

In the end there was $20 more tax than stated on booking.com although all resort fees etc were shown on the booking reservation.

The location was great, after hours check in process was seamless. The property was quiet, a perfect place to relax after sightseeing. The washer and dryer in unit we a great addition, the kitchen was well stocked with basic cookware.

The AC in our room did not seam to be working properly

Guests, PLEASE BE AWARE!!! The AC DID NOT WORK on Rm 111! So make sure dont get that room! Did not even bother to transfer us and I think they knew that the room has AC issues since the maintenance staff already knew what to do when we called about it soon as we get to the room but it finally broke down on our second night when we came home at a hot room. They gave us a portable AC on our last night that is so loud since it is located only on our bedroom. Yes, we slept miserably on the 2nd night. It is a horrible stay for us especially after a full day of basking in the sun. Not to mention that the weather was humid too. We go there to relax and enjoy but it kind of stress me out when I can’t sleep coz it’s too hot.

It was a bad choice.
