The Gardens at West Maui

The property was in a really nice location near the golf course and walking distance to the beach. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The room itself was clean and spacious.

Excellent staff. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and very comfortable and functional. Had the best kitchen set up we’ve had in a long time.

Overall great place to stay. Our flight landed after hours and the phone line to check-in on was busy. We had to drive to another location to check-in. Other than that, we had a great stay. All the essential kitchen supplies and there was in room laundry which was a bonus. Great location to stay and would stay there again.

Nice property with kitchen fully equipped, washer and dryer. Within minutes from a gorgeous beach with 2 areas - swimming (Napili Bay) and amazing snorkeling off the beach (Kapalua Bay).

Was a great stay. Except the dogs barking next door. Did not bother me because I am a heavy sleeper but kept my girls awake

Very nice stay. Very laid back. Very comfy. Wish the pool would have been a bit warmer but I bet it's perfect in the hot season. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Reasonably priced and offers many amenities. Kitchen and laundry included. Felt very safe! Walking distance to a number of beautiful trails!

The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The windows are old style Florida windows with small horizontal panes that don’t block out any noise that you use a lever to open and close. Even when “closed” they don’t block sound and are super noisy. The workers start at 7:30 am, rolling carts on the parking area right next to the rooms and are very loud. As people start moving about, it gets extremely noisy with guests and staff talking and rolling carts and luggage. If you want to sleep beyond 7:30 am, you’re out of luck. The blinds on the windows let in sunlight, another hindrance to sleep. There are very few electrical outlets and not in places where you expect. It was good to have a washer and dryer, but they are very small. Overall, the condo was beautiful, but so small that when you pulled down the Murphy bed and pulled out the sofa bed, you had no room whatsoever. For the price, the condo was in no way appealing.

The room was fine, the pool was very nice aand the staff was pleasant. My only complaint is that the room looked much nicer in the photos and was expensive for a studio unit.
