Appartamento pulito e in buono stato.

The apartment was big with all the kitchen items/home appliances you may need.

I used to be really careful when I make a negative comment because I’m aware about people having bad days or bad luck with occurring things, but this was a really bad experience. I start my 5 nights stay with a check-in through a phone, because the front office was closed (in the next days I never found it open, regardless of the time I came), that’s ok, what is not ok is that, once arrived at the apartment, I found a piece of paper stuck under the door saying that the next day somebody from a pest company is going to “do a treatment” in the apartment, but the “front office” didn’t advice me about it. While opening the door we found a cockroach on the handle, the very first minute there. So I tried to reach out to the front office to try to understand what “pest company is coming to do a treatment” means, but nobody reply to my cellphone and neither reply to the apartment-phone. The “day of the treatment” arrived, a random person entered the apartment, perform the treatment and leave, the problem is that when I came home I found a “ticket” left on the handle says “is safe enter the apartment starting from 12pm” and nobody informed me about this upfront, neither of the time I’m not supposed to return to the apartment. But again, I tried to convinced myself that this is something considered acceptable and they are going to clean the apartment to let it become safe (and clean) after the treatment with the spray that the pest control did, going around for all the apartment I assume, making at least the floor dirty. The reality was that NOBODY came to clean the apartment after all of that. Again I called the front office and I tried to contact them via booking, total of 3 messages and 13 calls and guess what? NOBODY REPLY. In the next days I found coackroach and bugs literally EVERYWHERE, from the balcony, to the bathroom, from the cupboard to the dishwasher, it was really disgusting! I called again the front office, and they finally answered!

Atendimento. Tive uma péssima experiencia no checkout, cobraram a taxa de resort 2x e foi muito dificil conseguir que cancelassem e ainda efetuaram sem nos consultar como preferiamos que o cancelamento/reembolso fosse feito.

Room size. It was really huge 2bd+2bath apartment. 2 levels. So many towels.

Dishwasher doesn’t work. The floors are not clean enough.

Our space was roomy and comfortable. There was convenient access to stores and restaurants, beach and public transport.

There was a vandalism incident on our rental vehicle. There was very little foot traffic other than maintenance staff. Communication with property management was a bit weird, but this was during the off-season.
