Bluegreen Club La Pension

This property is super cute and the staff was very friendly. The decor is so fun! It was pretty clean as well. My only complaint is it is very, very loud at night.

Great hotel right in the French Quarter. Not too loud, but easy walking to Burbon Street, French Market, downtown, and Ceasars casino. We got unexpectedly upgraded to a balcony sweet overlooking Decatur and got to watch the St Patrick’s parade from our balcony. Not a mega hotel which was nice, and the staff were amazing. Would definitely be back to this hotel.

Very clean. Unique. 10 am early checkout is only issue.

Great location, excellent staff and clean amenities! Would highly recommend especially for bigger families. Our children loved the space and it felt like a mini home away from home. 10/10!

Decorations were pretty.

My best friend and I loved our stay here. While checking in, there was someone returning for like the 10th time — and I can see why. Truly have no complaints. Room was nicely decorated, clean, and had all that we needed. We were within super easy walking distance to anything in the French Quarter or business district. Bus stop was across the street to get down to the Garden District. Staff was lovely. If you’re a light sleeper just make sure you use the sound machine. Looking forward to returning!

Stayed here for 4 nights around Mardi Gras in a 1 bedroom room. 10/10. Loved our stay from start to finish. Rhianna checked us in and she was wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The lobby and room were clean and decorated in a fun way. Sofa actually comfortable which we find rare in hotels. Kitchenette had a toaster, mini fridge, microwave and plenty of dishes and utensils. No oven or stove fyi. Tv in bedroom and living room. Ac worked great. Bathroom and shower were both a good size. Tons of storage space with multiple closets and drawers. I do think there could be more lights or brighter bulbs in the livingroom/kitchen bc they don't have windows but it wasn't a big deal. The bedroom had a big window, no view but lots of light. Location was amazing right on edge of the quarter so we walked everywhere and of course we were close to most parade routes. The 4th floor had a roof terrace and it was pretty with a bunch of tables and a grill. We did hear a lot of noise from outside but it was Mardi gras so that was a given. I would definitely stay here again.

Building is old and drafty, found dead cockroach in our bedroom. Facility is a timeshare and they pressure you during check in to participate in a 2 hour long presentation promising free stuff.

Awesome location and friendly staff!

Great place to stay if you want to be between the Quarter and warehouse district.
