Everything was clean and ready for me. Late reception and check out worked smoothly.

The cleaning staff came into my room while I was still sleeping without knocking on the door or anything first.

"I would of rated this hotel as excellent had it not been for the parking situation."

Room was great and my evening meal was also very good.

What lets this hotel down is the fact that there is no parking onsite. There is a multistorey carpark opposite but, it makes checking in more awkward. The charge is £10 for 24hrs parking. So, thankfully I was only there 1 night. It DOES NOT state any of this on Booking.com which is very disappointing.
