"Good stay in Hinjewadi"

Excellent service, super friendly and helpful staff. Good room (my room was a king bed room), spacious and comfortable. Ok food with both local and international options but more or less same variety along the week. Also here - super friendly and helpful staff. I do not give it the "Excellent" ranking only because it's location. When selecting this hotel, one should be aware that Hinjewadi is not really Pune city but a kind of suburb... If it works for you then this is a good place to stay.

In summary the stay was very good. Great services and very helpful staff. However, the rooms on the 5th floor had heavy humid air with a bit of mould smell. Probably after recent heavy rains in Pune.

amazing property, amzing staff. few suggestions:- - reception should have told me the breakfast timings etc at the time of checkin -there is waiting of 15-20 for breakfast - they only had 2 suv's for pickup and drop at the airport and i couldnt get one for airport drop but later on duty manager helped me to arrange one from next hotel - which was amazing...

"Exceptional"

A very good stay at this place which apparently is celebrating 10 years. One thing that stands out is the courtesy and everyone greets guests with a smile all the time. Also noticable is everyone is hands on which you normally dont see in properties like this. At breakfast everyone one is attending to guests (including the manager) and making sure all are fed well. Breakfast is very good. Ordered room service once and food once again was excellent. Highly recommended place to stay if you are in pune for your business travel.
