1) for check in keep us waiting so long 2) in breakfast nobody care to ask water. Nobody ask for coffee. Coffee spoon bot given I just felt they are entertain foreginer ppl only Overall not happy with the service

The hotel customer service is excellent - will definitely stay again. Their Spa facilities and restaurance facilities also excellent. The room carpets in need to updating...but otherwise all wonderful.

I have stayed here a few times and the hotel is excellent. The facilities have everything you need and the service is always great. Good quality food with plenty of choice. The local area has plenty going on with some good bars.
