"Vivanta best place to stay"

Breakfast spread for veg/non veg was good. The rooms were excellent and staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location is 10-15 mins walk to panjim center market and many other areas. If you want to explore panjim on foot stay here and enjoy the area. Lot of shopping, restuarants and fun places to see and visit. The pool was also excellent and the staff there was very helpful.

2 out of 3 lifts were not working, for such a 5 star property this was a bit disappointing.

My husband and I recently visited Vivanta for a relaxing day out and decided to have a lunch date at the restaurant. While the reception staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The dining area was empty, and the service staff was entirely absent. Although there were several chefs present, none of them stepped forward to assist us. They simply stared without offering any help. Fortunately, Chef Vardhan and Chef Ganesh intervened. Chef Vardhan was exceptionally polite, professional, and prepared a truly delicious meal for us. While we are very upset by the lack of attentiveness from the rest of the culinary team, we are incredibly grateful to Chef Vardhan and Chef Ganesh. On our next visit, we would be delighted to be hosted by them again.
