A nice stay, rooms were nice. Had gone to celebrate my birthday and they surprised me with a beautiful decoration of flowers and leaves and came. It was absolutely beautiful . A big shout out to the creativity

Taj Vivanta on Prime Location of Panaji. Panaji weather and atmosphere was good in mid of March. No words to say about cleanliness from main gate to room, as it is Taj. Room was quiet after being in city center Upon reaching the porch, the Energy Security Team extended a warm welcome. Shivanand and his team were consistently found to be fully vigilant—welcoming the guests while never overlooking security checks. Suparna suggested I visit the Kadamba Shiva Temple—an experience that turned out to be truly magnificent. She also advised me to keep some cash on hand, as we wouldn't be able to make online payments due to issues with internet connectivity. One evening, we returned a bit late (it was nearly midnight), and the restaurant was just about to close; however, Alison, working alongside Chef Gunaji, managed to serve us a delicious meal (chapatis, dal, etc.) in a remarkably short time. The F&B team members—Shawn, Priyanka, Rohit, and Akshata—took excellent care of us during our breakfast. The room was extremely comfortable, and the Housekeeping and Engineering team members would arrive with a smile to assist us within just three to four minutes (my daughter was keeping them quite busy!). We received service that exceeded our expectations from the Front Office team and the management; they facilitated an early check-in and a late check-out for us, and even arranged for our drop-off to the airport. The Security Manager arranged for a 'changing room' facility for us at both Taj Fort Aguada and the Holiday Village. Pawan Sharma and Tushar ensured that we enjoyed the same magnificent, signature 'Taj' experience at Fort Aguada as well. Upon meeting the General Manager, Mr. Souvik, at the time of check-out, we realized that the standard of hospitality here is consistently excellent—from the very top down to every level of the organization. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Taj Vivanta for making my entire week so memorable and delightful.
