I recently stayed at this property and had a mostly very good experience, but I was deeply disappointed by the service during breakfast on March 13th. The Issue: Between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM, I attempted to place an order at the live kitchen twice. Both times, the employee handling the station completely ignored my request. After waiting without being attended to, I eventually had to leave the restaurant without eating breakfast. The experience was so off-putting that I chose to skip the live kitchen entirely the following day. Lack of Follow-up: What was more disappointing was the management’s response—or lack thereof. I reported this incident to the reception desk, but I never received a follow-up or any acknowledgement from the officials in charge. The Verdict: While the hotel itself is lovely and the rest of the stay was pleasant, the lack of basic hospitality at the breakfast station and the failure of the front office to address a guest's concern left a sour taste. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure other guests don't have the same experience.
