"somewhat satisfactory experience at Taj Vivanta Panjim"

The ambience, decor and the food was great, but the performance of the housekeeping team fell short of expectations. We stayed for three nights but not for once were the rooms cleaned. properly, sheets changed and the soap dispenser refilled. We had to use shampoo as body wash!

"Another Amazing Stay"

I am never tired of writing a review for Vivanta Panaji. This must be my 8th or 9th stay, and each time it feels like coming home. From the warm exchanges at check-in to the exceptional food and overall comfort, it is the unmatched hospitality that the Taj is truly known for. A few special mentions for making this stay memorable — Harsh at the front desk for thoughtfully arranging connecting rooms, Chef Vardhan for graciously honouring our request for Mangalore buns, Ancy in the restaurant for serving with such a warm smile, and Arpit at the front desk for constantly ensuring everything was perfect. Grateful for yet another beautiful experience. Looking forward to many more stays.
