The room was not prepared for checkin. We had to call in for every small thing, even the towels were not placed in the room. No classes no water no kettle.. The breakfast was the worst. Toaster was not working, when asked for omelette, which was chargeable. Juice had more water than juice. Sugar was soggy. Couldn't differentiate between coffee and tea, the taste was so pathetic. At the time of booking I asked if I can pay the remaining amount by card, he said yes and when I went to pay they say we only accept cash or gpay, that was a bummer. The lady bouncer on the reception was really rude and scary.

Firstly it is an Old Resort and was good as per location.Near to restaurants,pharmacies,local stores,byke car rentals and bus shelter.The service was a bit slow.Pool was good.we enjoyed with family.After checkout were allowed to keep our luggage in their lockers as we are having much time for the flight.

All the amenities mentioned while booking the resort via booking .com were not available.For each and every thing we have to ask the reception,then only they will provide.As it rained heavily rain water entere our room through balcony.After informing they cleaned immediately.They were good at service

We have great support from the staff of resort. Good service from the canteen area as well as reception.
