only location is ok

Property is not maintained well. lack of cleanliness. No proper response from staff. No hot water. No parking given even though space was available and informed during the booking itself. Breakfast buffet is waste and nothing is good. Totally waste of money.

location good near to main road/ shopping/food. not a beach resort - 1km from calangutae beach. No parking but street parking available. Hot water - we had challenges one day and it was ok on the next day. perhaps because of solar , early mornings you don’t get hot water.
